Story
I am running 10k this Sunday 9th September to support my family in raising awareness of and to fund research into a cure for bowel cancer.
They have undertaken an astounding challenge, cycling over 1000km from Brittany to Biarritz this summer, to raise money for two vital charities, Bowel Cancer UK and The Hospice of St Frances in Berkhamsted, in memory of my Uncle's brother, Malcolm.

I'm so incredibly proud of them for coming together in tribute to Malcolm and to help others have more chance of a cure.
This will be, in comparison, a fraction of the achievement they have accomplished, but it is a huge physical and personal challenge for me nonetheless, so please support me to support them and donate anything you can spare.
