Story
Size of Wales are a Cardiff based charity who protect an area of Rainforest, twice the size of Wales across the globe.
I'm taking part in the Carten100 bike ride (cycling 100 miles from Cardiff to Tenby) on the 28th April to raise as much money as possible for the cause - despite being far less fit than I really should be with less than four weeks to go.
Any and all donations would be greatly appreciated
