MacG club is an adult disability club that runs 3 times a week in Cardiff. The club itself is very special to all the members, support workers, staff and volunteers due to it's amazing atmosphere. The club for everyone (not only members) has given people new leases of life, through new friendships and experiances which I've personally whitnessed and loved being apart of!
I'm running a 10km extreme obsticle challenege for my 21st Birthday on the 10/02/19 and decided to raise money for MacG's to be able to go on a day trip to a destination of the members choice. I'd like to help make this happen due to the sucesss of the last trip to trecco bay in Wales. The members had an amazing time bowling, swimming, walking along the beach and going for a sit down dinner all together!
