As a mental health sufferer who is diagnosed with Paranoid Schizophrenia, Anxiety and Depression. I have struggled over my childhood into my adult life. Still to this day, everyday life is hard to maintain.

I live with voices, paranoid delusions, hallucinations, visible, auditory and tactile. It can be a living hell. However, I am determined to prove my self worth.

I have has dreams of becoming a PT and a pro MMA fighter. However, money issues due to my illness and general inability to live life effectively as halted me. As a 23 year Male, I still have time to achieve everything I know I can.

Charities such as Mental Health Foundation, Rethink Mental illness and mind are extremely important and close to home.

I'm going to be doing a series of runs and events over the year to prove to myself that I am capable of going above and beyond and as well as raising awareness for Mental Health!

This is not listed as a charity fundraiser as I will be using some money to fund entry fees to participate in events. Every other penny will be donated to Mental Health Foundation - via my Facebook Fundraiser.
