Excuse the cheesiness. So I thought I was done with the running nonsense but motivated by a great cause the 'Aaron Lewis Foundation' (ALF) and a shallow vain attempt to stop my increasing waist line and watching 'After life' I have decided to run the Southend half marathon on June 9th 2019. The Aaron Lewis Foundation was formed in memory of an outstanding individual, Lieutenant Aaron Lewis, who lived his 'best life' but was ultimately cut short, just aged 26 years when serving his country in Afghanistan. I am hoping to help raise some funds in order to help others lead their 'best life' and would be most grateful to anyone willing to donate whatever amount they can.
