Dear Sir/Madam ,

My name is Alfie Brooks, I am 14 years old and a Go Kart Driver from Dartford seeking sponsorship , so I can help take my racing career to a European level. Please could you take time to read through my letter and hopefully you could be able to help in some way.

I have been racing properly now for 4 years where I started in Honda Cadets Clubman class that is aged around 8-12. In 2014 I started by doing practice days when me and my dad could and then at the end of 2014 I passed my MSA licence this then allowed me to race at the weekends at my local tracks and around the UK.

Me and my dad then in 2015 started racing at my local tracks Bayford Meadows , Lydd International Raceway and Buckmore Park. I went on to win many Novice trophies in my opening months of racing. We then joined a team called NR Karting where they helped me from strength to strength and got me a lot closer to the from then I have been . I then went on to finish many top ten finishes around the Kent Championships.

2016 , What a year that was for me still racing in the Honda Cadet Clubman class . We left NR Karting and joined Roalf Racing where they transformed me as a driver and pushed my results into winning races . Every race I did in 2016 I did not fail to be on the podium and below is what I me and Roalf Racing managed to achieve ;

• Bayford Meadows Driver of the Year 2016

• Kent Kart Champion 2016

• Bayford Meadows O Plate Champion 2016

• Buckmore Park Champion 2016

• 6 Wins in a row Streak

2017 we moved up to JNR X30 Class half way through the year. This was a big step up in class for me and it’s a lot more expensive the previous class I was in. It took us time to adapt to the class to try and get back to the form I had in 2016. I had a lot of time through out the year getting use to it and managed to gain a few podiums along the way . We couldn’t fight for any championships because I moved up late but I still managed to gain 4th position in the Kent Kart Championship .

2018 I still was racing the JNR X30 class we decided to compete in the Kimbolton Championship which is based in Cambridge which is a track I love and enjoy. After a 12 round tough battle I ended up winning the championship and gaining 2 outright round wins as well. This was a massive achievement for me as we were competing against much bigger teams then us and drivers with a much bigger budget than us, so I am so proud of winning that championship. As well as competing in that championship we were doing once a month we also went to Shenington Kart Racing club based in oxford and did some one of races there. In the 4 races we were there I won 2 of the rounds again a great achievement for myself and my team.

Thank you for reading about my racing career in 2019 we are hoping to start racing abroad but due to the nature of the sport this is expensive. We are looking for potential sponsors that would be willing to contribute to my racing, anything is welcome for example you could help us with the tyres or help rebuilding my engines and contribution will be most grateful. My dad supports best he can but if we want to compete at level, I know I am capable of we need help. If your company was able to help me In return, I would share your business through my facebook page which attracts on each post I do around 1000-2000 people and rising each week. As well as this I would have stickers on the kart showcasing your company.
