Story
I am 22 with no parents i have only 1 kidney that partly works i go for dialaisis 4 times a week at hospital every time i go i pay for all my transport and what ever other costs wich costs me atleast £90-£110 a week sometimes I go without food just to save money for transport I'm just asking that out the kindness of your hearts please help me just get through this traumatic time for me and my 2 small children
