FUNDRAISING $3,000 FOR CHILDREN OF PROMISE, NYC

Thanks for taking the time to visit my Just Giving page. I am going to be running the 2018 New York Marathon on 4th November in support of Children of Promise, NYC. I would very much appreciate any and all donations to help me reach my $3000 goal.

Children of Promise, NYC is a nonprofit in Bedford-Stuyvesant, Brooklyn that embraces and empowers children of incarcerated parents. They are the first and only after-school program exclusively designed to serve children of imprisoned parents (ages 5-18 years old). Through their mental health clinic, family engagement opportunities, after-school, summer day camp, and one-to-one mentoring programs, CPNYC takes a holistic approach to providing the best services for Bed Stuy's youth and families.

New York City is tough, it's tough even for the luckiest of us. There are so many people that deserve a break, a little support and a leg up in life, especially those that are most vulnerable and helpless - our children. I'm so pleased to be given the opportunity to do what I can to help Children of Promise bring support and a little extra happiness to the lives of children and families of Bed Stuy.
