Hi everyone,

I am competing in the Tough Mudder London South on 29 September to raise money for the oncology department at the Norfolk and Norwich University Hospital.

My dad, Nicholas Parry, died at the beginning of July from stomach cancer. He received brilliant care from the NNUH and I would like to raise funds to support the many treatments and procedures performed by the doctors and nurses everyday. When I visited dad on the ward in late June, I was struck by how high the demand was so I'd like to support the department as much as possible so the highest standard of care can continue to be given to all who need it.

Please support me and give me the motivation to get round the course. I've not done a tough mudder before but I'm promised, cold water, electric shock therapy and a lot of mud!
