Story
We recently completed our volunteering in Nepal, easily the most incredible thing we have ever done. We worked in a Kindergarden with children aged between 3 and 5 teaching English and basic writing skills and got the honour of living with, caring for and teaching english to 7 amazing boys. Children are the future, and deserve a good standard of education, the chance to learn another language and a chance to have fun, let go of the daily work and just laugh and enjoy being kids. We would like to volunteer abroad teaching English again, this time in Cambodia, at a school of children. We will take the role first as teaching assistants, and later as teachers, creating detailed and engaging lesson plans to help teach the kids English and enjoy doing so! However, volunteering can be very expensive due to the flights involved. If you can spare any change, anything large or small it still really helps, you can help us to allow us to do this.
