On Monday the 4th of Feb i git the phone call every cat owner dreads ‘is that Newloves owner, this is the vet’. He had been hit by a car and luckily some wondeeful people found him and took him to a vets. He was seriously injured, he had a ruptured bladder, air in his chest cavity, a broken shoulder and fractured a bone in his spine. Obviously the vet bills are huge but the vet is optomistic for his recovery. We did have insurance but only up to £3000 leaving a £1500 deficit. I have always givent to RSPCA and cats protection every month sincebi started full time work 20 years ago and im hoping some of that karma may come back to me. When we got newlove he was only 8 weeks old and was weak and had pink eye, myself and my daughter nursed him back to full health and before this he was a big, strong 2 year old cat And im hoping will be again soon with lots of love and care from us.
