I am going to climb Ben Nevis on 21st July 2018 to raise money for Awestruck Academy, a project I have been self funding a community project for the last 18months slowly building a community arts space in the heart of Clydebank. There's been little bits of funding alobg the way for a little boost. My photography company has been subsidising the project so i haven't taken a wage home for 18months. I'm building a creative space where people can learn the arts with amazing artists and musicians. I want to host youth clubs, adult social art classes, music classes, languages, gaming nights, etc. Plus bring music festivals, and other events to the area. I have already secured a tie in with the Glasgow comedy festival 2019 and also have acts lined up to play on our stage.
