Sepsis claims the lives of thousands of people each year. It has affected my family and friends several times, my Father is a twice sepsis survivor, and my husband. Sadly my cousin was not so lucky, and passed away in December 2016 from sepsis. The UK Sepsis Trust do a fantastic job of raising awareness and funds to help people affected and their families. In September I will be running the Lake Vrynwy half marathon to raise funds for this wonderful charity. Thank you so much for donating xx
