In loving memory of our dear friend Sean Dunne, we have decided to take part in this years Total Warrior on 23rd June to raise as much money as possible to help raise awareness of Cardiac Risk in young people. We believe that all health and fitness centres should be equipped with a defibrillator so that should the unthinkable happen, there are tools available to try and help.

Sean was by far one of the fittest guys we knew for his age, when one day completely out of the blue, playing his beloved sport (5 a-side) he collapsed having had a heart attack.

As I'm sure you can imagine this was a huge shock to his 3 children and Fiancée. So to honour this great man we would like to make sure our newly opened gym has a defibrillator and all further proceeds will be donated to charity.

Anything at all you feel you'd be able to donate would be greatly appreciated.
