I am travelling to Morocco on October 13th where I would be visiting the AMAL association, a culinary training centre and a solidarity restaurant transforming the life prospects of women in serious difficulty (widows, single mothers, survivors of violence, women with disabilities...). In addition, it offers literacy and language classes in French and English as well as guidance from social workers to enhance the women's professional development by putting them in touch with restaurants and hotels in Marrakech.
