A member of my family is in urgent need of open heart surgery otherwise she will not survive. Nahed is the mother of 4 children and 4 grandchildren and has always given generously to others. As Egypt does not have an NHS or a welfare system she is at risk of not surviving unless she has this operation very soon. Her family is desolate and desperately trying to raise the necessary money.
