What a 4 days! A great adventure and extremely demanding. The weather was dreadful and we only had views briefly on day 1. Thick fog all the way! Heavy rain and strong winds on the two really big days meant a couple of route tweaks and a few hairy moments... A huge thank you to everyone's words of support and a MASSIVE thank you for the sponsorship!! I'll be spending my day sat down. Sam ;)

The itinerary is set for Sam's Bob Graham route attempt as follows Friday 17th August - early morning start from Moot Hall, Keswick. Anti clockwise through Honister at Lunchtime for evening finish at Wasdale Head. Saturday 18th August Wasdale to Dunmail Raise. Night in Grasmere. Sunday 19th August Dunmail Raise to Threlkeld or onward over Blencathra and Skiddaw to Moot Hall. Night in Keswick Monday 20th August Spare day if needed. We would love to see you on route and if you can trot some of it with Sam that would be fantastic! Thanks
