Story
Ive damaged my ACL and medial liagements, I have no cartilage in my knee and have twisted and sprained my muscles in back of my knee therefore I need to wear a knee brace at all times. I am on really strong pain killers and im using cruthches as well as a wheel chair but its taking me twice aslong to get anywhere.I do alot of youth and community work in beeston and holbeck and i am finding it hard to get about, please can you help and support me at this bad time.
