Apologies for radio silence for so long. This is just an update to say that on Friday 25th October, Dave went to the Cathedral Day Ward in Kent and Canterbury Hospital to deliver a cheque for the money raised in memory of Mandy. Altogether we raised a whopping £2300!!! We are overwhelmed by everyone's generosity and kindness and as a family would like to thank everyone that donated to this wonderful cause in Mandys name. Wow our minds have been blown with everyone’s generosity. I have now withdrawn the funds (it takes a week or so to be processed) once we have organised a cheque with the total donated (we’ve had some donations in cheque and cash form too) I will post an update with the full amount raised. Wow! Incredibly after only a few days we are already at the target set! Thankyou all so much, we would love now to see how far we can smash through this target and maybe even be able to train multiple nurses! I won’t set a new target but let’s see how far we can get!
