From a young age my dream has been to work with animals, but due to a surprising obsession with Gerald Durrell and his passion towards animal conservation my wildest dreams grew even more on the wildside. This life changing opportunity means that my current dream of becoming a conservationist will be expanded in the future, as this once in a life time expedition will prove that i can cope with the unexpected and can work as a teammember to improve the lives of those unfortunate families. It will also help grow my knowledge of the African culture and species found in the plains of Africa allowing me to experience life in a completely different environment. To allow me to take part in this expedition i will need to raise a total of £4000 in order to do this i will need the help of family and friends and i would like to take this opportunity to thank everyone for the generosity.
