Kristina, Lisa and I are taking part in the St Margrets Hospice glitter run on the 8th of June and are hoping to raise as much money as we can for a great charity. St Margrets amazing team cared for my dear uncle both at his home and at the hospice in yeovil in the last few weeks of his life and they are currently caring for Kristinas grandad at his home. This charity relys on fundraising and needs this in order to keep doing the fantastic job that they are. From experince the care and support for the whole family that the hospice provided made a truly heartbreaking few weeks just that little bit easier knowing that my uncle was being cared for by such a kind and caring group of nurses and to spend his last few days in a a lovely tranquil hospice in a room were we could be with him 24/7.
