Myself and my very brave sister are going to attempt to cycle the North Coast 500 route at the beginning of September. This is going to be an amazing way to see the beautiful Scottish scenery but definately a challenging week. I decided that as part of this challenge I would like to raise awareness of an arts advocacy project that is running in Dundee called Art Angel. Art Angel gives people who experience mental health difficulties the opportunity to express themselves in a variety of creative ways with the aim to promote a positive affect on their lives. Art Angel are a charity and therefore any contribution to their project continuing would be amazing.
