Story
on the 29/10/18 charlotte and mark had a beautiful baby boy Casey-Jack. They have known since their 20 week scan that Casey would have a problem with his heart and would need surgery to repair it. On the 27th of December was the day little Casey gained his angel wings. The nurses and surgeons tried everything to save his life but his heart wasnt strong enough to repair itself after his surgeries. Sweetdreams little man ❤️
