    Story

My name is Amy I am 24yrs old.

I am a full time wheelchair user due to having cerebral palsy and startle epilepsy from the age of 2 1/2 years old. I developed these conditions after catching chicken pox encephalitis. This means that when I am startled or surprised by a loud noise or sound I can have an epileptic seizure. This can happen two or three times a day. As a result it means I have become very isolated because there are no community services suited to my condition. I rely on my wheelchair to be able to get around and out. My wheelchair is my legs. I have lost my independent because chair is slowly breaking and I have to ask fo help to get around would like my independent back.I have had my current chair for 15yrs and as I am unable to work due to my conditions and there is no help offered from the government I need to find other ways to fund purchasing a new chair. As you can imagine after 15yrs of 24/7 use my chair is in a bad way!

I would be so very grateful if you could consider helping me with a donation of funds. This could be as little or as much as you are willing to donate.

Many Thanks for taking the time to reading my story
