Being a trans woman is tricky at times, and when you've not got a full face of heavy makeup, people will often (and sometimes through no fault of their own) see your male traits and treat you differently for it.

I'm really keen to have Facial Feminisation Surgery with Dr Parag Telang in Mumbai. His results are phenomenal and they're also a fraction of the price of a European or North American surgeon.

But what is FFS? FFS is a series of operations that remove or reduce masculine facial features to reveal the more feminine underneath.

For example, I'm planning on having my hair line lowered and reshaped, forehead reconstruction to create a more feminine forehead, a mini brow lift, a nose job, jaw and chin reduction, buccal fat pad removal, and Vaser liposuction on my chin and neck.

I would love to be able to pay this all myself, but I am on a low income and the time I spent in the military was somewhat wasted as I didnt get a wialification as promised by the recruiting office. I‘m embarrassed that I need to ask for help, but some people are wealthy and generous so you never know.
