My friends little girl Imogen who is 2 years old has just been diagnosed with transverse myelitis. She had been ill with a viral infection, made a recovery then the next day couldn’t walk. After nearly 3 weeks of keep taking her to the hospital and doctors they have finally diagnosed her. Her family don’t even know what to do and just can’t stop crying. They know they have to be strong for Imogen but just feel helpless for her right now. They are currently in a specialist hospital and Imogen has had plasma exchange therapy . The doctor has given us a 50/50 chance of her walking again but we are all being hopeful she will with lots of love and support. This is mine and my families way of trying to help support a friend and her family.
