First , Thank you for clicking and for your time to read my Dad story.

My Dad is 74 years old, he is a carpenter .Unfortunately now his health is at bad condition . He has been diagnosed with cancer and Pleural effusion which is the excess fluid that accumulates in the pleural cavity, the fluid filled space that surrounds the lungs. This excess fluid can impair breathing by limiting the expansion of the lungs .

I understand that his cancer has no cure, but a treatment can be given to extend his life and for us to give him a quality of life as we possibly could because at the moment he is consious and he has hopes to recover his health.

I am trying to help as much as I can, but money has gone towards helping my Dad. His doctor has prescribed OCTREOTIDE ampula -injection for him which cost a lot money in my native country Perú. He needs three injections per day and our hope is to provide him with this medicine. It cost us almost £200 per day and in Peruvian money S/850 Peruvian new Sol and just to give you an idea it is the same amount as the current minimum wage per month in my Native country and we need to spend the same amount every single day plus other needs.

Please help me to healp my Dad...!!! . He is my last parent because My dear Mum was diagnosed with breast cancer when she was 40 years old and Her cancer has spread to her brain, and for 7 years seeing her gradually lose her abilities until she could no longer walk, talk or eat was heartbreaking and she passed away on February 1997 when she was 49 years old. One of the sadness time of my life.

Now, I need to support my family from distance. We (My Son and Me )talk with my Dad on a Video call every day . He hopes to see me and my Son again near him but flights cost a fortune and his medicine is a priority .

I know we all have our stories to tell and I know that life, financially, can be a struggle but I am asking for as little or as much as you can give and in return I will be forever grateful.
