We are a normal working class family with two children and last year we re-mortgaged our home to fund an extension to our home. The building firm we decided to use had excellent reviews and work began in March 2018 and started off well. We made regular payments to the firm as they requested. However, in May this year our worst nightmare came true. The building firm we had chosen and who we had paid 95% of our money to turned out to be complete con-men, using different names and have a string of fraudulent cases against them. They took our money without any intention of ever finishing the project at all. Our home was left with little more than a shell, unsecure and our family heartbroken.

It would mean so much to us to get this project finished, our parents have helped us immensely, but we still have a way to go. Please please please any amount you could donate to this cause would be so very much appreciated.
