I am riding the Prudential Ride London 100 on July 29th 2018. It has been my ambition every since they used this course for the Olympic road race in 2012. So this year I managed to win a place in the ride I decided to raise monies for two local parts of the NHS who have looked after me and my family.

The first is the Thirlestaine Breast Centre who were so brilliant when Anne was diagnosed with Breast Cancer last September. They were wonderfully focused on the patients and were happy to take what ever time we needed in order to get our heads around the Diagnosis. Anne has had cause to go back several times and they are always happy to help in any way they are able

The second is the "Let Talk 2gether" mental health services Gloucestershire. They provide many different services for people who have had or are suffering from Mental Health issues by offering courses in CBT as well as face to face counselling.

So I am asking all those who know Anne or me to make a donation to the main pot and we will split in half and donate all the monies to these two wonderful local services, to help them continue to look after local people
