    Story

Tranquil Pines Camping is in Koppányszántó, Tolna, Hungary.

Many people who have visited the tiny rural community of Koppanyszanto or who have visited Tranquil Pines camping over the past 5 years will have met , either in passing or with us on the campsite, our next door but one neighbours. They always give a smile or a wave to our guests as they arrive and have helped us and some of our guests out considerably over the years.

They are quite a poor family with a little boy of 9 and a little girl of 2 and we are sad to say that whilst we were away in the U.K. their cottage was badly damaged by fire and many belongings were lost. Luckily no-one was hurt in the incident.

The information on our local village website is below: We apologise for the translation !!

The community has organised a fundraising account to help them through this difficult time, especially over xmas.

We would also like to help as a business in our village by getting as many people as possible to donate and also Share this page. Please notify us when you have made a contribution and we will make sure all money raised goes directly to the family .

These people really need your help.

    Thank you.

    További megosztásokat is köszönjük!

    Köszönettel:

We arrived in Hungary five years ago to open our campsite. We met the family affected by the fire very soon after our arrival. They have helped us so much in many ways and we would now like to give something back to them.
