I am trying to get my son out of the care system, I split from my ex in 2017, she had the children removed from her in 2018, I see my son for 2 hours every 3 weeks, I saw him last week, despite him being 2yrs 10 mths old, he is still wearing clothes aged 18-24 mths, I don't think he's being cared for properly, I don't think he's eating enough to get to the size and weight for a boy his age..

When I am with him, I occasionally notice him pulling at the top of his jeans/trousers, so I check the nappy that he is wearing, he doesn't come to me to say he needs toilet, I don't think he's being potty trained.

I am also being told on a regular basis by friends, that he is always seen in his pushchair, he is never seen out of it walking.

Am desperate to care for my son myself, where he will eat properly and gain weight, where he will be potty trained, and know when to say he needs toilet, and where he will be able to walk and be able to reach the milestones for his age, which the experts say he is behind.
