In July 2019, myself and 6 other optometry students will be heading to Moldova to provide free eye care to the families of the poorest country in Europe where we aim to test 1,600 patients. Villages in rural Moldova do not have access to clean water or sewage systems, let alone free health care services. Our task is to raise £500 to cover the cost of the glasses we will be providing so any donations, however small, are greatly appreciated! Any questions are welcome!
