I hav been a writer for some time now, mainly writing articles and the odd poem. A few months ago, I sat and wrote my first novel. It was well received by those who read it in its first draft. I have now completed my final draft and I now want to self-publish. I am seeking funds to enable me to have it proofread, edited, and a graphically designed cover.

I believe that this could be the start of my career as I have ideas already for both a sequel and prequel. The funding that I am seeking willl enable me to embark on my career without putting myself in fianancial difficulties. I know that there are many many great causes out there all wanting and needing funding, that is why I am not asking for large amounts of donations. If 500 people just donated £1.00 each, then I could achieve my dream.
