Suicide is one of the biggest killer of men under 45 1 man every 2 hours
That's just 1 of the many stats that comes along with men's mental health

The reason I want to raise money and awareness is to save that next guy and tell him it's okay not to be ok and to talk

I have my own story's behind why I do this but if I can help in any way then this is the challenge I will accept

I have set goals to achieve I am a keen runner although I'm not fast or built like one I always put my heart and sole into it
I will be running many organise running events this year

Hull half marathon
Humber bridge half marathon
Beverley 10k
Humber bridge 10k
4 person hull relay (tbc)
Walkington 10k
