Story
My darling boy Jaspervwas aged 20 years old! Just before christmas he had a major stroke and had to be put to sleep. My local vets will not allow me have his ashes until his vet bill is paid!
my insurance company will also not help me!! Please help me to bring my boy hone as i am a low income and it take me months to oay off!! Thank you
