Story
Holy river Ganges - needs help from our own behaviours - It seems that even with goodwill and " money" the people of India get stuck with implementing regulations
My view is that an outside eye can - help ( I was born in India , came to the UK at the age of 6 -in 1960) So I have a link -but also a western prespection
The money is for intial - gathering of info to better understand the task and make contacts with relevant service providers in India
Personally , I have been reading, hearing of the problems for to long - at my age , I feel duty bound to at least move the will to want change - as Cleanliness is next to God
