I am going to Calarasi, which is in the south east of Romania in April, for a short term mission trip. I will be travelling with a group of 18 others and we will be working with ‘OHR’ (outstretched hands of Romania) who have been serving Romania since 2002. There are over 100 small villages around Calarasi, which have no real Christian influence. By assisting churches, OHR has many opportunities to meet physical needs and to distribute aid gathered.

I have approx £300 more to raise to fund my trip, but also we are trying to raise at least £100 each (I am aiming for £200) to distribute into the poorest areas and their biggest needs (certain areas for example, the children do not have shoes and socks even in the very cold weather).
