6.20am start on Sat June 1st starting at Whitchurch, kindly dropped off by my supportive husband, Alan. It was so beautiful and quiet with just the birdsong to accompany us as we warmed up our waking bodies along the canal. We finished 8.15 pm, so just shy of 14 hours, with 2 hours of stops averaging just under 3 miles an hour. Lady joined us for 10 miles and our support team - Jenny, Steve & Alan provided us with refreshments and moral boosts. THANKYOUxo Thankyou also to the amazing support of all those who have donated both online and off! x

I began volunteering at SOTH 2 years ago. I love to do Reiki with the ponies as well as getting stuck into the more practical tasks of pony and land care, building maintenance, and raising funds. It’s so wonderful to see both volunteers and ponies evolve in this magical space.
