Story
Hi guys! I am doing a Spartain Sprint, which is a 5Km OCR. I thought it would be a great way to fundraise and raise awareness for a cause which is very important to me. Mental illness has an effect on us all at some point in our lives, either with ourselves or with people surrounding us and I feel we should be aware of this.
So I am raising money for young minds, a mental health charity which provodes support and awerness for children and young adults who are effected by mental health issues. Doing this helps fight the stigma surrounding this range of illnesses
