A parents worst nightmare is for their child to be suffering or unwell. Recently my very close friends daughter, Annie, who is only 12 years old, has been struggling with a severe eating disorder. Annie is currently in a specialist hospital being supported by a team of professionals. It is heart-breaking to see such a young person battling this hideous illness.

I will be completing three physical challenges this year in order to raise money for a cause that has completely touched my heart - a half marathon (17th March), climb Snowdon (31st May) and complete the London to Brighton Bike Ride (15th September).
