We are a community group based in Southend on Sea for anyone over the age of 18 with anxiety, depression or other mental health needs. Our mission is simple, to bridge the gap between specialist mental health services and feeling isolated from society.
Anxiety Society are a relatively new group and require funds to cover the cost of materials, venue, refreshments, the cost of some professional attendance to our workshops and other resources we can access.
