Dear all.

This initiative hopes to raise about £500 for Arif Nisman, a Malaysian friend with kidney cancer (stage 4, and given half a year to live starting early July 2018). I knew Arif as an engineering student from university back in 1997 Rochester, New York. Arif is currently unemployed due to his illness and lives in a flat-share in Puchong near Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.

About £950 was privately raised by my wife in July 2018, from friends and acquaintances in England. The money was transferred to Malaysia (see photo below) and via a family member's suggestion, used to treat him with naturally-sourced, modern alternative medication.

Since having this treatment plan, Arif genuinely felt better after three weeks of consuming the alternative medicine. He could easily sweat and feeling less tired. His appetite has improved, hair started to grow and swelling of the lower part of the lungs has diminished. His toilet problem has also improved.

Arif recently told me he is waiting for the next October check-up in order to confirm a new report whether the doctors will go ahead with his next operation. But he felt confident and hope that the operation will not go ahead due to his improved health condition.

In summary, this crowdfunding hopes to find additional financial support to continue with Arif's alternative kidney cancer treatment. The earlier raised fund money wasn't sufficient to complete another 2 months of further medicinal intakes (starting October) to ensure his full recovery and hopefully a few months extra after that, with the hope that he will successfully fight his cancer, God-willing.
