Story
Arran Vegfest celebrates the exponential growth of the vegan and plantbased lifestyle - the number of vegans in the UK now exceeds three and a half million, or seven percent of the population. That's a 700% growth in the two years between 2016 and 2018.
The first Arran Vegfest will take place on Saturday 2nd November 2019 at Arran High School in Lamlash, with related events scheduled for Sunday 3rd November.
We've already planned some great speakers but want to do even more. There will be food and vegan product stalls, and children's activities provided by the notorious Captain James Tea Cook and the Plantastic Pirates of the Carob Bean.
