'Mind=full' is a short film written and produced by Sarah Day at DaybyDay Productions. We wanted to explore the voice inside our heads, and encourage people that they have the power to silence their 'Chatty Cathy'.

Industry Minds is the platform set up by creatives Scarlett Maltman & Cathy Read in order to raise awareness and support mental health in the creative arts.

The platform runs as podcast, releasing weekly episodes featuring various creatives in the industry all discussing mental health in the arts with a goal of breaking the stigma and opening up the conversation. Alongside the podcast, Industry Minds set up and offer a free phone/Skype counselling service conducted by counsellor Mary Burch BEM. Mary also offers 1:1 Face 2 Face sessions which run fortnightly in London at the cost of £25.

The launch of our short film 'Mind=full' on Mental Health Awareness Week is in hope of raising money to support Industry Minds in their amazing work and services for the creative arts community.
