As many of you know, Ismael fell seriously ill last year with gastric volvulus. He underwent major surgery and due to complications he spent quite some time at the Intensive Care Unit at Queens Medical Centre. We couldn't have gotten through the experience without the competence, kindness and support shown by the staff at the hospital and would like to help other children in the same position.
