Story
On occasion of Atreya's birthday, he has requested that instead of gifts, money be donated to a couple of charities of his choice, one of which is the Chitpavan Brahmin Sangha.
This organisation provides yearly educational assistance to needy students.
It runs a Book Bank for destitute school and college students. Every Sunday, Professional guidance courses are organised to help Year 10 and 12 students. Extra support sessions are held to support Maths and English skills.
This charity also provides yearly medical help to the needy in the community.
