Hello I'm Ayesha and I'm 24 years old who also has a life long disability due to being born with a condition called cranyosintosis which lead me fighting for my life at the age of 2 years old when I had the operation on my head. Since then I suffered with epilepsy fits 3types because of this I was dozed up with having ti take more than 8 tablets a day through out my childhood. I also suffer with being partly deaf in both ears and being partly blind. It is unknown what els could accure to my condition weather I will get better or not because I still have 5 more operation that needs to be put in place.
I struggle with day to day life when it comes to getting organizated or taking on certain tasks in life. I use to be on DLA all my life because of what I was born with Evan though I never asked to be born this way I feel as though noone cares about a disabled person who needs help. I have tryed every avenue to see what I am entitled to and I have also put in grants and loans and everywhere I turned I got denied with. I missed 3 appointments with PIP due to my disability organization isn't my strongest point. PIP has refused to pay me any benefits since 27th November which also effected my Income support. Since November I have not received any form of benefits to live. It came to the point my partner who is also my carer had to sell his car because we couldn't afford to pay for insurance no more due to benefits being stopped.
Everything me and my partner scrimped and scrapped just to get the things we need in life has gone our life has turned upside down in a bad way because now we have debts stacking up to. I would like to sue DWP and PIP because I want to course them as much damage in there lifes like they did to mine. When I explained my situation to PIP and DWP the response I got is "Not My Problem" as they don't care about a disabled person who is left with no money to live.

I have informed a MP and a solicitor about all this and had no success.
