We have been contacted to help with a large case of rabbits with an owner who has become overrun with bunnies after being mis sexed rabbits. She has been asking for help from the SSPCA for months but no one has been able to help her and she does not want to turn to options such as selling on gumtree or euthanasia. The rabbits all need urgent help and treatment. We have agreed to take on the case but need a lot of help and support as it's a large amount of buns for us to take on as once as a small rescue. There are around 12 rabbits plus potentially 2 pregnant females. All needing vet treatment, neutering and vaccinations.
