I am attempting to do my first 10k, which has been sponsored by Cleaning 4 Causes to support The George Heath Foundation. This local charity does some great work, raising much needed funds for local causes including the homeless and the Countess of Chester Hospital.

For those of you who know me, I'm no athlete! I've never run a 10 k in my life, so this is a big challenge, one that is quite daunting at the moment. I am doing this as a personal challenge but also because I would like to give something back to the community.
