Well this beautiful young lady has made a wish list. However she is far to young to be thinking about things like that! However she is struggling with day to day life by living with cystic fibrosis. Cystic fibrosis affects the lungs, she is needing a double lung transplant very soon. To make her wishes come true we need the help of family friends and anyone that cane help!
